Product Analyst (Gambling / Casino)
Type: Full-time
We are looking for a Product Analyst with a strong background in the gambling vertical (casino focus) to join our central product team. You’ll work across a diverse portfolio of products, conducting deep research and turning raw data into actionable insights that help drive growth and revenue.
If you're curious by nature, thrive on digging deep into data, and love making sense of complex patterns — we want to meet you.
What You’ll Do
- Analyze product performance across multiple gambling projects (mainly casino).
- Conduct deep-dive research and surface data-driven insights that directly impact product strategy.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders across the business.
- Build dashboards and visualizations (Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
- Work with large volumes of data across different geos and brands.
- Contribute to a central knowledge base and help translate insight into opportunity.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Analyst, ideally in online casino / gambling.
- Strong SQL skills; Tableau/Power BI or other BI tools.
- Experience with deep-dive analysis, not just operational reporting.
- Experience with Python is a plus.
- Good understanding of product metrics (retention, conversion, ARPPU, LTV).
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
- English — at least Intermediate.
Soft Skills That Matter
- Proactive, curious mindset with strong critical thinking.
- Not afraid to challenge assumptions or dig deeper than what’s on the surface.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Comfortable working in ambiguity and handling multiple projects in parallel.
Red Flags
- Passive, reactive approach — waiting for strict tasks instead of looking for problems to solve.
- Dependence on AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) instead of forming independent analytical conclusions.
- Holding a second job — this role requires full focus due to sensitive data access.
What We Offer
- Private health insurance
- 21 working days of paid vacation per year
- 25 paid sick days annually — no doctor’s note required
- 3 additional paid days off per year for personal use
- Partial reimbursement for psychological support sessions
- $600 annual education budget
- Paid business trips to our Cyprus HQ
- Full remote flexibility & zero micromanagement
What’s Next
- 1st round: Recruiter Intro Call
- 2nd round: Technical interview with an analyst from another team
- Final interview with hiring manager (focus on values & soft skills)
