How We Invest
At Oneeven, we invest in growth-stage and mature companies that have proven the resilience of their business model coupled with strong fundamentals and clear potential for sustainable growth. Additionally, we are open to considering companies that drive innovations across the iGaming spectrum and introduce disruptive solutions. Strategic guidance, operational support, and access to an extensive industry network is what sets us apart from purely financial investors.
Investment Approach
We typically invest between €1 million and €10 million per transaction, structuring deals to support long-term growth and value creation. Our preferred approach is taking significant minority stakes (20% to 49%), securing board participation and protective rights.
However, we remain flexible and may consider tailored cheques for majority stakes or even full buyouts, particularly when partnering with experienced operational teams or strategic co-investors.
Furthermore, we are also interested in launching new iGaming ventures together with partners possessing a proven track record, while capitalizing on our in-house expertise and network.

He works closely with partners and C-level management across the portfolio, advising on products, platforms, games, retention, and more. His deep industry knowledge and hands-on approach have made him a trusted expert in the iGaming space.
Mykyta Iliushchenko
As Oneeven’s Investment Analyst, Mykyta is responsible for evaluating the investment attractiveness of potential assets and supporting transactions through to portfolio inclusion. With almost 2 years of experience in the iGaming industry, he brings a solid foundation from his previous role in strategic consulting, where he spent three years focusing on the restructuring of underperforming assets and enhancing operational efficiency. His key strengths lie in financial and investment analysis, a strong analytical approach, and a result-oriented mindset.
Denis Kravchenko
Denis supports partners in establishing effective data collection and analysis processes, selecting tools and components for data infrastructure, implementing machine learning solutions, and sourcing qualified specialists and vendors. Thanks to continuous analysis of operational and financial data from portfolio companies, as well as monitoring of market trends, he has developed a broad perspective and deep understanding of the iGaming industry. His team has developed proprietary Business Intelligence and AI/ML solutions, which are available to partners along with expert support in performance metric calculations and overall business model development.
