Portfolio Manager

Type: Full-time

We are looking for a Portfolio Manager who will become a strategic product partner for our portfolio companies.

In this role, you will work across multiple B2B and B2C iGaming products, helping product teams identify growth opportunities, strengthen product decision-making, and improve product maturity. Rather than owning a single product, you’ll bring an outside perspective, deep product expertise, and a data-driven approach to help teams solve complex product challenges and maximize business impact.

What you’ll be focusing on

  • Dive deep into the product ecosystem of portfolio companies, understanding their product strategy, user behavior, business goals, product metrics, roadmap, and current challenges.
  • Conduct comprehensive Product Health Checks by analyzing product funnels, user journeys, UX, retention, monetization, game and lobby experience, and product decision-making processes.
  • Identify product growth opportunities and work closely with in-house Product teams to define, validate, and prioritize high-impact product hypotheses.
  • Help structure product initiatives, roadmaps, and backlogs using product discovery practices and prioritization frameworks based on business value and expected impact.
  • Provide practical, data-driven recommendations that teams can realistically implement within their business context and available resources.
  • Support portfolio companies throughout the implementation of agreed initiatives, tracking progress and helping remove product-related blockers.
  • Prepare regular product reviews for the holding, highlighting key findings, risks, opportunities, recommendations, and expected business impact.
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing and promote best product practices across portfolio companies to continuously strengthen the overall product organization.

We’re looking for someone who has

  • 5+ years of Product Management experience within the iGaming industry.
  • Hands-on experience with both B2C and B2B gambling products.
  • Strong expertise in product analytics, user behavior analysis, product funnels, retention, monetization, activation, conversion optimization, and UX.
  • Experience conducting product discovery, identifying product opportunities, and making data-driven product decisions.
  • The ability to quickly understand new product domains and identify the highest-impact growth opportunities.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
  • Strong analytical thinking, structured problem-solving, and excellent communication skills.
  • Upper-Intermediate (B2+) English or higher.
