  • Strong SQL and Python skills.

  • Practical experience using AI tools to automate analytical work: SQL generation, data exploration, anomaly detection, reporting, documentation, or insight generation.
  • Ability to translate complex analysis into clear business recommendations for senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Own and improve marketing analytics across a portfolio of iGaming companies, with focus on acquisition, player behavior, traffic quality, LTV, churn, retention, reactivation, payback, and unit economics.
  • Analyze marketing performance across GEOs, channels, affiliates, campaigns, and player segments to identify growth opportunities, inefficient spend, suspicious traffic patterns, and weak funnel points.
  • Build reusable analytical frameworks, dashboards, alerts, SQL/Python workflows, and models that help teams make faster and more consistent marketing decisions.
  • Develop and improve LTV, churn, cohort, retention, reactivation, segmentation, payback, and traffic quality analysis.
  • Identify recurring analytical tasks and automate them using AI tools, LLMs, agents, scripts, and data workflows.
  • Build practical AI-assisted analytics use cases such as anomaly investigation, campaign diagnostics, cohort analysis, traffic quality checks, LTV monitoring, and automated performance summaries.
  • Help standardize key metric definitions across portfolio companies, including CAC, LTV, ARPU, churn, retention, FTD, repeat deposits, GGR, NGR, payback, and funnel conversion.
  • Support attribution, incrementality, A/B testing, holdout analysis, budget allocation, and marketing performance benchmarking.
  • Translate complex analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for marketing, product, finance, executive, and investment stakeholders.
  • Ensure analytical outputs, including AI-generated insights, are validated, documented, based on reliable data, and reviewed with appropriate human judgment.

Strong Plus

  • Experience in building AI agents, analytical copilots, RAG systems, LLM-powered workflows, or automated insight-generation systems.
  • Experience with Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, LangChain, Cursor, or similar tools.
  • Experience with BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift, Databricks, or similar cloud data platforms.
  • Experience with causal inference methods: geo experiments, diff-in-diff, synthetic control, uplift modeling, MMM.
  • Experience with fraud signals, bonus abuse, affiliate traffic scoring, payment behavior, or GEO-level conversion dynamics.
  • Operator-side iGaming experience is strongly preferred; agency/vendor-only experience is usually not enough.
