Finance Manager (Junior)

Type: Full-time

We are looking for a Junior Financial Manager to join our finance team and support day-to-day financial and operational processes across multiple legal entities and projects. This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone who wants to grow in finance, gain hands-on experience with financial documentation, cost tracking, and payment processes, and gradually develop into a more independent finance specialist.

What You’ll Do

  • Collect, review, and verify primary financial documentation for multiple legal entities (invoices, contracts, acts, bank documents), ensuring accuracy and correctness of company details and document types;
  • Communicate with internal accountants and external consultants supporting legal entities; ensure all required documents are provided on time (bank statements, invoices, contracts, payment confirmations);
  • Track and analyze expenses related to legal entities, including accounting and consulting services; verify the validity of charges;
  • Process bank statements and prepare actual expense reports across several projects;
  • Collect and process payment requests; participate in the preparation and maintenance of the payment calendar;
  • Support the automation and improvement of operational processes within the finance department;
  • Perform ad hoc tasks assigned by the manager and provide ongoing support to the finance team.

What We’re Looking For

  • Higher or incomplete higher education in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field;
  • Basic understanding of financial and management accounting principles;
  • Familiarity with primary financial documentation (invoices, contracts, acts, bills) or strong willingness to learn;
  • High attention to detail and accuracy when working with numbers and documents;
  • Confident user of Excel / Google Sheets (basic formulas required; pivot tables are a plus);
  • Ability to work with multiple entities and projects simultaneously;
  • Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with accountants, consultants, and internal teams;
  • Responsibility, organization, and ability to meet deadlines;
  • Proactive attitude and interest in developing a career in finance.

Nice To Have

  • Previous internship or junior-level experience in finance, accounting, or operations;
  • Experience working with bank statements or payment processing;
  • English at a level sufficient to read financial documents and handle basic written communication.

What We Offer

  • Competitive compensation package with performance-based incentives;
  • Health Insurance compensation;
  • Sports benefits;
  • 21 working days of paid vacation per year;
  • 25 paid sick days annually — no doctor’s note required;
  • 3 additional paid days off per year for personal use;
  • Partial reimbursement for psychological support sessions;
  • $600 annual education budget;
  • Paid business trips to our Cyprus HQ.
