- Track and analyze expenses related to legal entities, including accounting and consulting services; verify the validity of charges;
- Process bank statements and prepare actual expense reports across several projects;
- Collect and process payment requests; participate in the preparation and maintenance of the payment calendar;
- Support the automation and improvement of operational processes within the finance department;
- Perform ad hoc tasks assigned by the manager and provide ongoing support to the finance team.

- Basic understanding of financial and management accounting principles;
- Familiarity with primary financial documentation (invoices, contracts, acts, bills) or strong willingness to learn;
- High attention to detail and accuracy when working with numbers and documents;
- Confident user of Excel / Google Sheets (basic formulas required; pivot tables are a plus);
- Ability to work with multiple entities and projects simultaneously;
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with accountants, consultants, and internal teams;
- Responsibility, organization, and ability to meet deadlines;
- Proactive attitude and interest in developing a career in finance.
Nice To Have

What We Offer
- Competitive compensation package with performance-based incentives;

- 21 working days of paid vacation per year;
- 25 paid sick days annually — no doctor’s note required;
