The study focuses on how operators are moving beyond early-stage experimentation toward meaningful, player-centric use cases, examining both the current state of adoption and the challenges that still prevent AI from delivering its full business and customer value.

The research aims to provide the industry with a clearer, practical understanding of where real impact is already emerging and where the next wave of innovation will be shaped. The findings will be presented at NEXT Summit: Valletta2026 at the end of May, with the full report to be published by The Playa following the conference.
